We will accept exchanges for any non-custom purchase of the same or similar value within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email at info@planetjill and we'll send you a return slip for the piece you'd like to exchange and set up a new order with the piece you would prefer after we receive your original piece.

Once we receive your return, you will receive your refund along with email confirmation within 1-3 business days.
